Seated dinner buffets can be a cost-effective way to provide the formality of a seated and served dinner without putting the same strain on the purse strings or the wallet!   

COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS

Great for functions with a shorter time frame of between 2-3 hours.
Cocktail receptions are also ideal for events that are pre or post-dinner. So if you just need to provide your guests with “lite bites” to nosh on during your event consider this option. Your guests will have just enough to tide them over until they make it to the next part of the evening.
